Second Consttutonal Era is a very important tme frame in which the smallest detail of the subject for the salvaton of the Otoman Empire are examined. Accordingly, intellectuals of the period ofen called to answer the queston “how to save this state?” in the membership of periodicals of the tme. One of these intellectuals, Ahmet Agaoglu, which is one of the rare fgures that has seen and as well as lived in the last period of the Otoman Empire and in Europe and in Caucasus region. Indeed, Agaoglu always endeavor to oﬀer the experience obtained from these three diﬀerent geographical to the beneft of Turkish society that has been a member of it. In this study, his point of view on how the teaching of religious educaton at family, schools, mosques are done and of what he critcized and which maters he draws atenton are discussed.
