Abstract
1919-1945 period, the TurkishRussian relatons have developed around 93 War and the problem of Straits. Especially, the warm relatons established during natonal struggle. However, the traditonal distrust of each other, the ralatons of both countries led to fluctuatng. 1939-1945 period, Turkey has followed a neutral policy. But Russian and Britan has to be forced the party. Thus, the Turkish-Russian relatons stretched increasingly and focused on the status of the Straits.
