Occupatonal and Insttutonal Problems of the Village İmams – Kayseri Pınarbası Example -

Abstract
This study is a feld research on the village imams belong to Kayseri Pınarbaşı Branch of the Presidency of Religious Affairs. It was determined that village imams, performing their religion service task, encountered during their occupaton life and variables which were effectve in forming occupatonal and insttutonal problems were dealed with. On the basis of sociological criteria the signifcant fnding sobtained on these maters were described and evaluated. In the additon, the problems and expactatons were also observed in respect to the locaton of occupaton such as rural (village) areas.
