The milieu, in which attudes emerge, at the largest extent, can be explained with the concept of “culture”. The individual acquires cultural values and norms through a process called socializaton. Socializaton is a long term process, contnuing even from birth to death. In this socializaton process, the personality and attudes of the individual are shaped.
