Abstract
Bu çalışmada meslek etiğinin tanımı ve içeriğiyle ilgili bazı tespit, değerlendirme ve önerilerde bulunduk. Bu çerçevede öncelikle ülkemizde meslek etikleri üzerine yapılmış çalışmalarda ortaya çıkan etik ve meslek etikleri algısını belirlemeye çalıştık. Bu algının etik ve ahlak kavramının tanım ve içerikleriyle ilgili yorumlar bağlamında bir değerlendirmesini yaptık. Bunun sonucunda etik kavramının felsefi anlamda kabul edilmesi ve meslek etiğinin de bu çerçevede değerlendirilmesi gerektiğini önerdik. Felsefi anlamdaki meslek etiğinin içeri- ğini belirledikten sonra bu içeriği farklı açılardan temellendirme girişiminde bulunduk. Felsef ianlamdaki meslek etiğinin soru ve sorunlarıyla ilgili örnekler verdikten sonra, felsefi meslek etiğinin ne tür yararlar sağlayacağıyla ilgili de- ğerlendirmeler yaptık.

Abstract
In this study we professed some fndings, evaluatons and suggestons related to defniton and content of professional/work ethic. In this context, frstly we tried to specify the percepton of ethic and professional ethic which was appear from the studies writen on professional ethics in Turkey. We evaluated this percepton in the context of commentaries regarding to defnitons and content of concept of ethic and moral. And consequently we suggested that it is necessary to accept the concept of ethic in the meaning of philosophical and to evaluate the professional ethic within this framework. Afer determining the content of philosophical professional ethic, we atempted to found this content in different aspects. Afer exemplifying relevant to questons and problems of philosophical professional ethic, we evaluated what advantage philosophical professional ethic procure.
