Abstract
Bu çalışmada Musa Cârullah Bigiyef’in Kur’an anlayışı ve yorum yöntemi ele alınmıştr. Cârullah’ın anlayışında Kur’an, Müslümanları uyandırabilmenin en büyük aracıdır. Kur’an’da her meselenin halli için çözümler mevcutur. Zira Kur’an tüm zamanlar için inzal olunmuştur ve Kur’an’ın hiç bir harf hikmetsiz değildir. Örneğin din ve vicdan hürriyet, hoşgörü, kadın hakları gibi kimi çağdaş sorunlarla ilgili çözümler Kur’an’da vardır. O, bütün gayretyle Kur’an’ın bugüne ve yarına hitap etğini göstermeye çalışmış; Kur’an ve modern durum arasında bir bakıma uzlaştrma çabası içerisine girmiştr. Bu da onu te’vile yöneltmiştr. Kısacası zor bir dönemde yaşamış olan Musa Cârullah’ın Kur’an anlayışının şekillenmesinde yaşadığı dönemin belirgin bir etkisi olmuştur.

Abstract
In this study, Musa Cârullah Bigiyef’ s understanding of Qur’an and his interpretaton method of Qur’an are discussed. According to Cârullah the Qur’an, Muslims wake up knowing that the greatest tool. There are solutons for the setlement of every issue in the Qur’an. Because the Qur’an was sent for all tmes and wisdom but Qur’an is not a leter at all. For example, freedom of religion and conscience, tolerance, women’s rights, such as found in some solutons to contemporary problems is in the Qur’an. He tried to show that all the effort, the Qur’an addressed today and tomorrow and he entered into an effort to reconcile between the Qur’an and the modern state. This led to misinterpret it. In short, lived in a difcult period of his period in shaping the understanding of the Qur’an as a signifcant impact.
