Abstract
Çağımızda meydana gelen pek çok alandaki hızlı gelişmeler, bir yandan var olan bilgilerin bir kısmını geçersiz hale getrmekte, diğer yandan bilinmeyen birçok şeyi açığa çıkarmaktadır. Bilim ve teknolojinin bu denli hızlı bir şekilde geliş- mesi, kişileri ve kurumları bu dinamizme ayak uydurmaya zorlamaktadır. Bu hızlı gelişmelere uyum sağlamanın en etkin ve temel aracı şüphesiz eğitmdir. Hizmet kalitesinin ve personelin niteliğinin geliştrmesini sağlayan en etkin yol kuşkusuz hizmet üreten ve üretlen bu hizmet sunan personelin hizmet içinde eğitlmesi yoludur. Bu çalışma, din görevlilerinin hizmet içi eğitme bakış açı- larını, tutum ve görüşlerini, din görevlilerinin hizmet içi eğitm tutumlarında bağımsız değişkenlere göre farklılaşma olup olmadığını, ölçekten alınan puanlarla yaş ve hizmet süresi arasındaki ilişkiyi, hızla gelişen insanî ve sosyal gelişim karşısında din görevlilerinin almış oldukları hizmet içi eğitmin yeterliliğini, din görevlilerinin, kendilerini yetersiz hissetkleri ve eğitm almak istedikleri alanları tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır

Rapid developments occurring in our age, in one hand, bringing invalidate a porton of the informaton that exists, on the other hand, reveals many things unknown. Rapid development of science and technology, such individuals and insttutons to keep pace with this dynamic force. To adapt to the rapid development of this tool without a doubt the most effectve and fundamental is educaton. Provides the most effectve way to develop the quality of service and of course the quality of service of staff in producing and service of the staff in the training of service providers in this way produced. This study has aimed that in-service training of clergy, perspectves, attudes, and opinions and attudes of in-service training of clergy, whether there are differences according to the independent variables, age and length of service relatonship between the scores obtained from the scale, fast-growing religion in the face of human and social development, service ofcials have taken the adequacy of training, religious ofcials, they feel inadequate and seeks to identfy areas they want to study
