Abstract
Allah Teâlâ’nın kendi katında razı olduğu din, İslâm’dır. Bu dinin mahiyetini ve hükümlerini insanlara ulaştırıp açıklasınlar diye de sonsuz merhametinin eseri olarak onlara kendi cinslerinden elçiler göndermiştir. Allah Rasûlü de (a.s.) âlemlere rahmet olmak üzere gönderilmiş, bu dinin kıyamete kadarki son elçisidir. O, Rabbine karşı şükreden bir kul olmayı ziyadesiyle arzulamış ve ümmetinin de böylesi bir gönül kıvamında olmasını ümid etmiştir. Bu sebeple de kimi zaman onlardan bir fiilin işlenmesini, farz kılınır da yapmaya güç yetiremezler endişesiyle emretmemiş ancak tavsiye ve teşvikleriyle temenni etmekle yetinmiştir.
Çalışmamızda Hz. Peygamber’in ümmeti için arzu ettiği ama ısrarla yapılması için zorlamadığı fiiller konu edinilmiştir. Bunun için de özellikle “Levlâ en eşükka alâ …” kalıbıyla gelen hadisler kütüb-i sitte çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır.

Abstract
The religion that Allah is pleased with in His sight is Islam. He sent people messengers of their own kind as a work of his endless mercy so that they could convey and explain the nature and decrees of this religion. The Prophet of Allah (a.s.) was sent to bring mercy to the worlds and is the last messenger of this religion until the Day of Judgment. He desperately desired to be a servant thanking his God and hoped that his ummah would be in such a state of affection. For this reason, he sometimes did not order them to commit a deed, worrying that they would not be able to do it even if it was obligatory, but he was contented with giving advice and encouragement.
In our study, the actions that the Prophet desired for his ummah but did not force them to do persistently were the subjects. For this reason, especially the narrations with the phrase "levlâ en Eşükka ala ..." were handled within the framework of Six Canonical Sunni hadith books.
