Abstract
1990’lı yılların başlarında Sovyetler Birliği çöktükten sonra işsizliğin ve fakirliğin artması, sınırların açık oluşu, politik istikrasızlık ve iç çatışmalar Kırgızistan’da günümüzde de devam eden çok büyük göç hareketlerine yol açmıştır. Bu göçler şehirlerarası yanı sıra ülkeler arası da yaşanmıştır. Göç yalnızca bir insanın ya da topluluğun bir yerden bir yere intikalinden ibaret kalmamıştır. Göç edenlerle birlikte onların değerleri de bileşik kaplar misali değişmiş ve değiştirmiştir. Yani, gittikleri yere kendi kültür ve değerlerini de götürürken yerleştikleri yerdeki kültürleri de almışlardır. Böylece kendine özgü kültürel değerler oluşturmuşlardır. Hayata bakışları, yaşam felsefeleri, aile değerleri, ne geldikleri yere ne de yaşadıkları yere uymaz hale dönüşmüştür. Sosyo-ekonomik sorunların yol açtığı göç dalgası daha iyi bir yaşam sürdürmekti. Ancak umulanın aksine, pek çok psiko-sosyal sorunların yaşanmasına neden oldu. Bununla birlikte ailelerinin bir kısmı memleketlerinde kalan göçmenler yaşadıkları sıkıntıların karşılığında edindikleri ekonomik imkânları kendi ülkelerine transfer etler. Bu da kendilerini değilse bile, ülkelerine ekonomik bir rahatlık sağladı. Fakat kaybedilenler kazanılanlarla telafi edilebilecek bir miktara hiçbir zaman sahip olamadı. Kültürel kimlik, dini ve ahlaki değerler ciddi anlamda zarar gördü, aileler parçalandı. Boşananların eşleri ve çocukları karamsar bir psikolojinin tutsağı oldular Çalışmamızda göç ile birlikte yaşanan sorunların içerisinde biz daha çok aile dramlarına ve çözüm yollarına odaklanacağız. Çünkü aile içi dayanışma, ailenin yeni topluma uyum kabiliyet, ortaya çıkan sorunlarla baş etme becerisi gibi özellikler güçlü olan ailelere sahip bireylerin göçle birlikte ortaya çıkan birçok sorunu atlatabilmelerine imkân vermektedir. Bu özelliklerin zayıf olduğu aileler ise, büyük ölçüde zorlanmaktadır.

Abstract
In the begining of the 1990’s, afer the collapse of the Soviet Union, with the increasing of the poverty and the unemployment , openness of the borders , politc unstability and civil war inside Kyrgystan, has led a large amount of migraton waves which is stll contnuing in the country. This migraton waves has been experienced intercity and also internatonally. Migraton didn’t just maintain among just some people or a society. With the migraton, like the composite containers the traditon is also absolutely being changed. So , if they go to somewhere, they get the setled culture and also brought the culture of their own. So they have created their newly created culture there. Their Outlook for the living and philosophy of life, family values are didn’t ft for thier own and forigner culture. It was a wish to have a beter life afer the socio- ekonomic problems that openned the migraton waves. But unlike to the wishes it brought alot of psyco-social problems. Beside these difcultes , the families who has returned to their home had transferred their earnings to their country. And this actvity has benefted themselves economically as their country too. But the loss was a huge amount that never compensatons has been reached to the satsfying number. Cultural identty, religious and moral values has been damaged seriously. The families has been divided. The children of the couples who divorced had collapsed to the dark side of the pessimism. In our work we will focus specially on the dramatc situaton of the families beside the migraton problems and the soluton of these difcultes. Because the solidarity between members of the family, the skills of these families for concordance to the new society, and the skill of handling the problems which occurred during the migraton is important. And those families would overcome these difcultes who has a strong leader inside their family and that guy knows the skills that how to coup with the problems. But the families who are out of this kind of leadership will face a lot of difcultes.
