Abstract
AMMÂR B. YASİR Bu makalede ilk Müslüman toplumda Hz. Ali taraftarı olan önde gelen sahabelerden Ammâr b. Yasir’in Hz. Osman dönemindeki huzursuzluklar ve ilk siyasî anlaşmazlıklardaki tavrı hakkındaki tartışmalar incelenmektedir. Konu Hz. Peygamber’in vefatının ardından ortaya çıkan, özellikle Hz. Osman ve Hz. Ali’nin halifelikleri döneminde artan siyasî tartışmalar bağlamında ele alınmış- tr. Makalede, Ammâr hakkında Hz. Peygamber’in meşhur hadisi ile ilgili tartış- malar da dikkate alınmıştır. Ammâr b. Yasir’in ideolojik tarihçiliğin bir nesnesi mi yoksa Emevi idaresinin meşruiyet sorgulanması gereken bir yönetim mi olduğu meselesi makalenin üzerinde yoğunlaştığı ana konudur

Abstract
In the artcle the attudes of Ammar b. Yasir, who was supporter of Ali, and the discussions about him have been examined. The queston has been tackled in the context of politcal debates which emerged right afer the death of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and increased especially during the period of Hz. Uthman and Hz. Ali. The discussions about the Prophet`s famous hadith about Ammar b. Yasir have also been taken into consideraton in the artcle. Whether Ammar b. Yasir is the object of ideological historiography or the governance of Umayyads is legitmate is the main queston that the artcle concentrates on.
