Abstract
Son dönem Çağatay sahası sûf şairlerinden olan Baba Rahim Meşreb, Menâ- kıbnâmesi ve Mebde-i Nûr isimli mesnevisi ile bilinir. Ancak halk arasında sözlü kültür malzemesi olarak nakledilegelen ve Meşreb’e atedilen bir de Fâtha sûresinin manzum tefsiri söz konusudur. Basılı nüshasına rastlamadığımız bu eser, elyazması bir mecmua içinde tarafmızdan tespit edilmiş olup, kişisel/ özel bir kütüphanede yer almaktadır. Gerek halk arasında nakledilen anlatlardan gerekse eserin son kısmında şairin kendi isminden bahsetmesinden eserin Meşreb’e ait olduğu tahmin edilmektedir. Tefsirde önce Hurûfliğe yakın olarak nitelenebilecek bir yaklaşımla Fâtha sûresinin kelimelerindeki harf sayılarının tekabül etği anlamlar üzerinde durulmuştur. Sonrasında ise Hz.Peygamber’in Fâtha sûresi hakkındaki ifadeleri zikredilerek daha çok didaktk amaçla halkın anlayabileceği akıcı ve sade bir üslupla Fâtha okumanın faydaları vurgulanmaktadır. Çağatayca aslından Latnize edilen ve günümüz Türkiye Türkçesine aktarılan metn yazılı literatüre kazandırılmak istenmiştr.

Abstract
Baba Rahim Mashrab, one of the suf poets in the last term Chagatai literature, is known for his Menakibname and Kitab-ı Mebde-i Nur Masnavi. Furthermore, he has a verse commentary of Fatha surah which has been transported as an oral culture material and has ascribed to Mashrab. The study which we have not found any printed copy has stabilized in a manuscript mecmua and now is in a personal library. It is conjectured that the corpus pertains to Mashrab due to the quotatons which are transported among people and poet’s mentoning his own name at the last part of the corpus. In the exegesis, frstly it is emphasized the meaning which correspond to leter numbers in Fatha surah with an approach close to Hurufsm. Then, it is emphasized the benefts of reading Fatha with fluent and simple style clear to people mostly with didactc aim by mentoning Hz. Muhammed’s explanatons about Fatha surah. We aim the text that has transcribed into contemporary Turkish of Turkey from Chagatai Turkish to bring in writen literature.
