Abstract
Tarihsel sosyoloji ve din kesişiminde kurulan ilişkinin yazıya aktarımı yeni yeni olgunlaşan bir araştırma pratiğidir. Bu pratiğin örneklerinden biri olarak elinizdeki çalışma, kayıtları günümüze ulaşmış bir hatıratı inceleme nesnesi olarak seçmiştir. Aşağıdan tarihin sıradan insanı, Aşçı Dede’nin öyküsü, iş, ev ve tekke arasında geçen gündelik zaman diliminin nasıl olduğuna ilişkin bir anlatı sunar. Anlatı modeli, bir yandan Osmanlının son dönem sosyal hayatı hakkında bilgi kümesini gözler önüne sererken bir yandan da kültürel belleğin boşlukta kalan taraflarını bugüne taşır. Ayrıca bir muhibb-i Mevlânâ misali olarak Aşçı Dede'nin kendi dilinden öğrenilenler ile dönem okuması gerçekleştirmek, aşk ve muhabbet yolundaki ideal tip tasarısının içerik malzemelerini dökümlemeye ve aynı zamanda benzerler arasında karşılaştırma yapmaya fırsat verir. Fırsatları değerlendirmeye açmak için yola çıkan bu çalışmanın hedefi de tarihsel sosyoloji perspektifinden beslenerek ölçümleme aracı olarak kullanılacak dindar ideal tip bileşenlerini tanıtmaktır; ancak bu şekilde geçmiş ve gelecek arasında kurulan bağın şimdiki zamandaki uğrak noktaları keşfedilebilecektir. Özcesi, bu keşif sürecinde teknik anlamda metin taramasını birincil kaynak olarak hatırat ile yapmak konu bakımından sıradan insanın yaşam tarzını anlatırken tarihsel sosyoloji perspektifi ile bağlam bilgisi sunmayı nihai manada amaçlamaktadır.

Abstract
The transmission of the relationship established at the intersection of historical sociology and religion in writing is a newly maturing research practice. As one example of this practice, this study has chosen a memoir whose records have survived to the present day as the object of examination. The story of the ordinary man of history from below, Aşçı Dede offers a narrative of what it was like to spend daily time between work, home and the tekke. This narrative modeling, while revealing the body of information about the late Ottoman social life, also carries the gaping aspects of cultural memory to the present. As an example of a lover of Mevlana, to read the period with what was learned from Aşçı Dede’s own language is to list the content materials of the ideal type design on the path of love and affection. This situation also gives us the opportunity to make comparisons between similar ones. The ultimate goal of this study, which sets out to open up opportunities for evaluation, is to introduce the components of the religious ideal type that will be used as a measurement tool by drawing on the perspective of historical sociology, and only in this way will it be possible to discover the points of intersection between the past and the future in the present. In short, in this exploration process, conducting a technical textual scan using memoirs as primary sources ultimately aims to provide contextual information with a historical sociology perspective while explaining the lifestyle of ordinary people.
