In this context, frstly we tried to specify the percepton of ethic and professional ethic which was appear from the studies writen on professional ethics in Turkey. We evaluated this percepton in the context of commentaries regarding to defnitons and content of concept of ethic and moral. And consequently we suggested that it is necessary to accept the concept of ethic in the meaning of philosophical and to evaluate the professional ethic within this framework. Afer determining the content of philosophical professional ethic, we atempted to found this content in different aspects.
