However, it will be more proper to do such an analysis by looking at French linguistcs, the most important representatves of structuralism, especially when dealing with this analysis as a structure. For Roland Barthes, one of the unfaithful followers of the structuralist movement in 1960 and afer, “structure” is not an end but a beginning. Barthes declares that text is not a complete, fnalised work. For him, text is a construct that the reader rewrites and takes part in as a process. Therefore, this text analysis remains out of structuralist approaches defned in linguistcs. Text is not an object or structure according to Barthes’ view. Thus, text is not a specifc structure for which all reader atain the same meaning but a construct that is constructed afer each new reading.
