Abstract

Other processed food that biological and physiological, politcal, religious, social, and economic meanings of symbols loaded ball. Living on earth as it is in every kitchen, there are various symbols of the Turkish naton in the kitchen. The food has been a source of legitmacy for the ancient Turks management. However, the ancient Turkic dining, and cultural background of the people were the most important status is determined. Busy with the process of Islamizaton of the Turks in Turkish cuisine to be seen as religious symbols. Islamicsymbols in the process of Turkish cuisine that has become wrapped around the kitchen, some food are more prominent. These include water, bread, salt, foods such as olive and palm, as an indicator of fertlity and healty in a privileged placein the religiou-cultural origin are symbolic foods.
