In this work Koçi Bey, gives a brilliant depicton of the Otoman past on the one hand; while on the other hand, he depicts the consequences of the corrupton of traditonal insttutons and within the framework of his perspectve, he tries to show the way out of depression by examining the causes of corrupton in society.
