As an economic policy, mercantlism provides the essental conditons for permanence of the commercial profts and enrichment which are accompanied by colonialism. On the other hand, both of Liberalism and Marxism are the theoretcal perspectves that explain the capitalism. Each of this perspectve has some remarks which aim to indicate the basic characteristcs of capitalism. While liberalism legitmized capitalism, Marxism critcized capitalist economic system. Taking into consideraton the aforementoned perspectves, this study deals with the social and economic conditon on which capitalism based.
