According to the results of some researchs, Turkish is the ranked ffh of the world’s most speakers among the languages. However researchs and studies on Turkish teaching as a foreign language is not sufcient yet. Within the context of this work, opinions on what are the competences of the teachers that teach Turkish as a foreign language effectvely and properly were reconsidered. The main purpose of the study is to investgate that does it make any difference whether the teachers work inside or abroad. According to the result, teachers working abroad compared to those who served in the country atach more importance to all the qualifcatons.
