There has been a secret war between languages to grow up and to establish dominion over the World for centuries. In some periods, countries’ politcal and economic power, the level of science and art causes to create willingness to learn languages which come into prominence throughout the World. According to the results of some researchs, Turkish is the ranked ffh of the world’s most speakers among the languages. However researchs and studies on Turkish teaching as a foreign language is not sufcient yet. Within the context of this work, opinions on what are the competences of the teachers that teach Turkish as a foreign language eﬀectvely and properly were reconsidered. The main purpose of the study is to investgate that does it make any diﬀerence whether the teachers work inside or abroad. According to the result, teachers working abroad compared to those who served in the country atach more importance to all the qualifcatons. Hence it can be said that domestc and internatonal environment causes some diﬀerences in language teaching.
