Prince Sabahaddin’s classifcaton of social structure; his opinions about the interest of the society in religion, intellectual accumulaton and educaton is involved in the content of the study too. Within the opinions that are defended by Prince Sabahaddin, the noton of social structure has a special place; since his opinions rely on the thesis that, Turkey needs a radical change on it’s social structure. According to him, westernizaton reforms, carried out in order to prevent the decline of the country, is inefcient; since communitarian and statst structure, which is basic characteristcs of the society, poses a problem against the success of reforms.
