Likewise, the fast completion of customs procedures plays a major role in the competition level of the international logistics sector. Customs administrations play significant role in securing and completing customs requirements on transportation and warehousing. This study, which is based on master thesis research, will allow customs professionals to analyze the current situation and practices. On the other hand, it will assist as a resource for evaluating the role of customs administrations in sector-based studies. The study is prepared to reveal the role of customs administrations, to measure the service quality of customs administrations and the efficiency of customs procedures from a perceptual point of view and finally, to compare the practices in Turkey with world applications.
